PayPing is provided under the Flat Studios brand. You can request deletion without installing or signing in to the app.
Request deletion by email
Email flatproduction00@gmail.com with the subject Delete my PayPing account. Send the request from the email registered to your PayPing account, if you can, and state that you want the account and its associated data deleted.
We may reply to the registered account email to confirm the request before deleting data. If you no longer have access to that email, describe the access problem so we can discuss an appropriate verification method. Do not send passwords, login verification codes, payment-card details, or identity documents with your initial request.
Requests are handled manually through this monitored inbox. After verifying account control and confirming that you want deletion, we process the request without undue delay and within any applicable legal deadline. We notify you when deletion is complete, or explain any information we must retain and the reason where permitted.
Delete using the app
In builds with account deletion enabled, open Settings → Delete account. Review the explanation, enter your current password, type DELETE, and confirm. The server verifies your identity before removing the account and its live records. If you cannot sign in or the in-app option is unavailable, use the email method above.
What is deleted
A completed account deletion removes your live PayPing authentication account, profile, clients, invoices, follow-up history, preferences, and app-side subscription records. You lose access to those records. Keep copies of any important business information before requesting deletion.
Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account or server records.
What may remain
We do not currently maintain separate manual database exports or an external backup service. Operational logs and any infrastructure copies held by service providers follow those providers' retention practices for the plan in use; live deletion does not guarantee immediate erasure of every infrastructure copy. Support correspondence may remain while needed to complete the request or address related legal, dispute, or security obligations. See the Privacy policy for more information.
Deleting your PayPing account does not cancel your Google Play or Apple subscription. To stop renewals, cancel separately in the store used to subscribe. The stores retain their own transaction records under their policies.
Cancel a subscription separately
For Google Play, open Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, then select PayPing if listed and follow the cancellation steps. You can also visit Google Play subscriptions. For Apple purchases, use the subscription controls for the Apple Account used to subscribe.
