Using PayPing
PayPing helps you organize your own clients, invoices, and payments received outside the app. It does not process invoice payments, hold funds, provide escrow, match freelancers with clients, provide debt collection, or supply accounting, tax, or legal advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your records and your obligations to clients and authorities.
You must have the legal capacity and authority to use the service and to enter any other person's information. Keep your account credentials secure. Do not use the app unlawfully, upload unnecessary sensitive information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service or another user's data.
Free access and PayPing Pro
Free accounts can add clients up to the five-client allowance. Pro, when available in your build and store, permits adding clients beyond that allowance without a fixed client-count limit. Other current features are shared between Free and Pro.
If Pro access ends, existing client and invoice records remain accessible and editable. Adding a client requires active Pro access or a total below five clients. Normal invoice-history deletion restrictions still apply. Store or server verification may temporarily prevent adding clients above the Free allowance when connectivity or verification is unavailable.
Store subscriptions
If you choose to buy Pro, Google Play or the Apple App Store presents the price, currency, billing period, and purchase terms before confirmation. Store subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled under the store's terms. Manage or cancel renewal through the store account used to purchase. Refund requests follow the store's procedures and applicable law.
A subscription is associated with the PayPing account used to subscribe. Restore purchases using that account. Deleting the app or the PayPing account does not cancel a subscription. Store cancellation does not delete PayPing records.
Your records and service availability
You retain responsibility for the information you enter. We process it to provide the service as described in the Privacy policy. Keep independent copies of important business records. PayPing does not promise uninterrupted availability or recovery of deleted records, and a completed account deletion cannot be undone through the app.
We may maintain, update, or change the service. Where changes materially affect a paid feature or your rights, we provide notice and any remedy required by applicable law. Access may be restricted when necessary to address unlawful use, security risks, or a breach of these terms, with notice where appropriate and permitted.
Account closure and consumer rights
You can stop using PayPing and request account deletion at any time. Manage any store subscription separately. Contact support if you want a copy of your data before deletion.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, privacy rights, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you have a complaint or dispute, contact flatproduction00@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not remove any right you have to seek remedies from competent authorities or courts under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We revise the effective date when these terms change and communicate material changes through the app or account email where appropriate. Contact Support with questions about a change.
